Some days, the universe seems to orchestrate everything perfectly. Today was one of those magical days when all the pieces fell into place.
Morning Motivation 🌅
The day began with an incredibly productive and engaging session with my ADHD Life Coach Linda Fox. Following this energising start, I continued my newfound ritual of a morning sea dip (three days and counting! ☺️).
Tech Meets Nature 🚁
The main task for today was reviewing three autonomous lightweight camera drones:
The conditions couldn’t have been more perfect for drone testing. Imagine having miles of pristine white sandy beach entirely to yourself, with barely a whisper of wind and gorgeous sunshine softened by gentle cloud cover.
An Unexpected Twist 🎥
After depleting all the drone batteries and heading back to review the footage, I received an exciting surprise: the HOVERAir X1 PROMAX had received a software update enabling 8K recording across all autonomous modes! 🤯
Typically, such news might trigger frustration (🤬) – after all, it meant reshooting footage for a fair comparison. But something was different today.
Instead of feeling annoyed about the delayed review, I found myself smiling at the prospect of returning to the beach and soaking in more of this glorious weather.
Afternoon Beach “Crowds” 😄
Would the afternoon beach be as secluded as the morning? Not quite! It was absolutely packed – with two whole people and one dog! I jest, of course.
When the tide is out, Bannow Beach stretches for miles, offering plenty of space for everyone.
Though it’s worth noting: always be mindful of the tides here, as they can come in surprisingly quickly.
Sunset Serenity ✨
Even after depleting the drone batteries again, I couldn’t bring myself to leave. The allure of the fresh sea air and the promise of a stunning sunset kept me rooted to the spot.
Watching the sun slowly descend toward the horizon 🌅, I couldn’t help but reflect:
How lucky am I to be here!
